Return & Replacement Policy


At Khana Khazana, we strive to deliver high-quality food and drinks that meet your expectations. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Below is our policy for returning or replacing delivered food:


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement


Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The delivered order is incorrect (wrong items or missing items).
  • The food quality does not meet expectations due to preparation errors (undercooked food, packaging damage).


2. Conditions for Return or Replacement

  • Notification Period: The issue must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
  • Proof of Issue: Customers must provide clear photographs of the food or packaging showing the problem.
  • The food must not be fully consumed; at least 70% of the portion should remain intact.


3. Exclusions


Returns or replacements will not be entertained for:

  • Change of mind after the food has been Prepared or delivered.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong items selected).
  • Delays caused by traffic or uncontrollable circumstances, Heavy rain situation, unless food quality is compromised.


4. Process for Return or Replacement

Step 2: Provide proof of the issue (clear photos with description).
Step 3: If the issue is validated, we will:


Arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
Offer a refund or credit to your account for the incorrect items.


5. Refunds and Credits


Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days for payments made via credit/debit cards or online platforms.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued as account credits or coupons for future orders.
